INGREDIENTS

• 1/4 cup @traderjoes organic oats

• 1/4 cup @traderjoes organic riced cauliflower

• 1/4 cup shredded carrots ?

• 1/4 cup vanilla almond milk ?

• 3/4 cup of water (approximately) ?

• 2 tbsp ground flaxseed

• 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice ?

• 1 tsp cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

1️⃣ Mix together all of the ingredients above on a stove top pan on medium heat for 15 min until cooked throughout ♨️

2️⃣ Serve warm with raisins + chopped walnuts + warm cinnamon apples ? (microwave sliced apples with a sprinkle of cinnamon) + fresh persimmon + warm maple syrup drizzle + dash of cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice ?
