Fresh peaches from the Broad Ripple Farmers Market make the best summer sweet treat!

Cut a peach in half & remove pit. Mix maple syrup, olive oil, brown sugar, cinnamon, rum & vanilla in a bowl. Pour in/over peaches & bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Pair with a scoop of ice cream or whipped cream. Pictured above with vanilla ice cream and raspberries.
