INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (July 29, 2021) – Hotel Indy will introduce its newly-appointed executive chef at this weekend’s Rev Indy event. Media attending Rev are invited to speak with Hotel Indy team members, including Executive Chef Patrick Russ and General Manager Jocelyn Kraus.
Chef Patrick is an Indianapolis native with nearly two decades of professional culinary experience. He has worked at some of Chicago’s top restaurants, including Onward and Next – a Michelin star restaurant.
Now Chef Patrick has returned home, and when Hotel Indy opens in October, he will oversee all aspects of The Hulman and The Cannon Ball Lounge, downtown’s newest rooftop bar.
Rev will be the first opportunity to experience Chef Patrick’s reinterpretation of simple, rustic cuisine presented with an unexpected and uniquely Indy twist.
Rev is an annual fundraiser that brings the city’s premier culinary talent together with IndyCar’s top drivers, in support of the IU Health Foundation’s statewide trauma and critical care programs.
To schedule an interview ahead of Rev, please contact Amanda Decker via text or call at 317.332. 8561. Interviews will be available throughout the event with Executive Chef Patrick Russ and Hotel Indy General Manager Jocelyn Kraus, as well as IMS Museum president Joe Hale.
