AVON, Ind. (Oct. 27, 2021) – Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, a lifestyle brand and one of the nation’s fastest growing upscale casual dining restaurants, will open the doors to Indiana’s third location at 8696 E. U.S. Highway 36 in Avon, Ind., on Monday, Nov. 15, 2021.
Cooper’s Hawk is an award-winning winery, restaurant, artisan market, and Napa-style tasting room concept with headquarters in Downers Grove, Illinois. Having the largest Wine Club in the country, it offers limited production Wines of the Month, unique travel and dining experiences, events, insider rewards, and more privileges to members.
At 11,036 square feet, the Avon location will have the capacity to seat a total of 295 guests featuring an indoor and outdoor dining area, full-service bar, Napa-style tasting room, and retail-gift store. The new restaurant is inspired by the nearby Burnett Woods Nature Preserve with rich colors and rigid lines that are paired with rustic natural elements and the beautiful tree history in Avon. History and wine are central to the design where vintage, wine-centric artwork is mixed with industrial flare. The space includes natural cork, rich woods, and organic fixtures with a combination of modern and rustic textiles.
Carryout and contactless curbside is available to guests and all Wine Club Members earn points and enjoy 10 percent off carryout food and wine. The Avon location is open seven days a week from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Cooper’s Hawk redefines the modern casual dining experience. Each dish on the menu is listed with a bin number, guiding guests to their selection’s perfect wine pairing. The menu also includes a gluten-free selection, as well as a kids’ menu, carryout, and catering. Fan-favorite dishes include:

- Shrimp & Scallop Risotto paired with BIN 30 Cooper’s Hawk Lux Sparkling
