The AMP at 16 Tech’s newest vendor SCOOPZ Ice Cream is kicking off National Ice Cream Month (July) with a grand opening on Friday, July 1. SCOOPZ will take over the shipping container previously held by Waterways Fish Market.
The new ice cream shop expects 12 flavors and will be locally sourced. Hours will be open 11:00am to 8:00 pm daily.
SCOOPZ Ice Cream is owned and operated by Indy native Lori Kincy, who decided to delight sweet cravings one scoop at a time. Botanical Bar owner Victoria Beaty is also a part of ownership.
