Edgar Allen Poe inspired Nevermore Union Station has opened at former Cadillac Ranch location

After more than three years of development, upscale Edgar Allen Poe inspired family entertainment restaurant Nevermore Union Station has opened.

Nevermore takes over the massive 23,000 sq/ft space left vacant by Cadillac Ranch bar and restaurant and the adjoining Bartini’s lounge which closed in 2017.

In their place is a game room that includes duckpin bowling, eight full service bars, rooftop access as well as a coffee & juice bar.

Nevermore has a limited soft opening summer menu which includes flatbreads and housemade macs among other items.

Nevermore is open daily from 7:00am to 12:00 am.
