Over the Rhine's Senate plans to reopen next month

Back in November, Queen City Hospitality decided to close its restaurants – Blue Ash and the Senate – due to coronavirus related spikes in Ohio. The popular restaurant, known for creative hot dogs, plans to reopen in February resuming regular hours.
