Enjoy the fall night with delicious food, live music, and family-friendly activities with the return of the Indy Night Market on September 25. Growing Places Indy is excited to kick off the fall season with the Indy Night Market, a festival-style event that highlights all of Indy locals’ favorite vendors while encouraging residents to explore historic neighborhoods around the city.
The Indy Night Market hopes to show Indianapolis residents the importance of eating and shopping from their community by providing a unique food experience by inviting attendees to enjoy delicious foods crafted by local food experts.
Local businesses and entrepreneurs will have the opportunity to grow and connect to residents, while community members will gain a wider perspective on the local food system and economy. Over 2,000 visitors attended the first Indy Night Market to shop from local chefs, artists, restaurants, and businesses and the second Indy Night Market is expected to attract an even larger audience.
The upcoming Fall Night Market on Sept. 25 will have more than 40 local vendors including CIBO Catering & Events, The Botanikal Bar, Tipsy Truck, Vietnamese Eggroll Bar, Live Flow Wellness, Shisha Candles, Brewer Bakes, and more! The festival will also feature a Kids Corner with family-friendly activities, performances by live entertainment, and is pet-friendly.
Interested chefs, restaurants, and food entrepreneurs who want to grow their business further and connect with the community are encouraged to visit www.IndyNightMarket.org to apply for the night market.
The fall Indy Night Market will take place Saturday, Sept. 25, 2021, from 6-10 p.m. in the open lot behind 2955 N. Meridian St. Due to rising cases of COVID, masks and hand sanitizing stations will be available. Although the event will be outdoors, social distancing is still encouraged.
In the chance of rain, the event will be rescheduled for Oct. 2, 2021.
