What to expect from Grindstone Public House in Noblesville

Downtown Noblesville recently welcomed Grindstone Public House, an upscale spin-off of Central Indiana favorite Grindstone Charley’s. The new location sits just off the Square in the former location of The Ville. This is the newest concept from the Clancy’s Inc which also owns Michaelangelo’s Italian Bistro.

Carrie Nickelsberg — formerly of BRAVO Cucina Italiana and Wild Eggs Fishers — heads up the kitchen, which aims to source ingredients from local farms and purveyors for a menu that includes steaks, pasta and a few Grindstone Charley’s staples. Many Noblesville residents will also recognize a rather familiar dish — the Clancy Topper of former fast-food spot, Clancy’s Hamburgers.

Filet mignon with a black pepper brandy sauce with a side of mac-n-cheese and vegetables
