A couple years back, chef and restauranteur Neal Brown was planning a taco bar that ended up getting put on the back burner. This Saturday at 49th & College from 2pm-6pm, Tiger + Taco debuts as a food truck featuring carnitas tacos and Tijuana-style tortas among other options. You can order ahead online or simply walk up.
