- Is EatHere free to use? Yes, EatHere is completely free to use. We don’t charge any fees for using our platform or for the information we provide.
Submitting Feedback and Suggestions
- Can I submit feedback or suggestions for EatHere? Yes, we love hearing feedback from our users! You can submit your ideas or suggestions here. We’re a small team and always looking to improve our platform, so your feedback is greatly appreciated!
- How can I change my location or preferences? To change your location and preferences, go to your account section and click the edit button next to “My Locations”. You can add or remove multiple locations. You can add or remove topics in your edit preferences tab. You can also submit a request to our support team for assistance.
- How can I update my account information? You can update your account information, including your name, email, and billing info, by visiting the “My Account” section.
- I signed up, but haven’t received any recommendations. Can you help? We’re sorry to hear that! Please ensure that you have enabled location services for the EatHere app and that your preferences are set up correctly. If you’re still experiencing issues, please submit a request to our support team for assistance.
- How can I delete my account? To delete your account, simply go to the “My Account” section in and find Delete Account. If you’re having trouble deleting your account, please submit a request to our support team for assistance.
