The Making of A BBQ Pork Bun

At Taste @ Lucky, our amazing Dimsum chef handcrafts 20-plus dishes and this is one of them. In Cantonese, this dish is called “Char Sui Bao,” which translates to “BBQ Pork Bun.” These fluffy buns are filled with sweet and savory BBQ pork then steamed to perfection.
