Welcome to the city @yasogrill #MealsWithMikeG I must say, the jerk was cooked to perfection full of flavor and maybe the best I’ve ever had. They marinate the chicken overnight with JD’s special jerk seasonings then grill it. The oxtails were literally falling off the bones, stewed in gravy with carrots, tomatoes and garlic-scallion butter beans. I could type for days but I won’t, everything was 🔥 and I’ll be back soon, even told my moms I gotta take her ASAP 🤣. Their menu is full of things I need to try. The restaurant came about from the owners (husband and wife) hosting friends and family’s over for dinner and making these dishes in a cool atmosphere outside. At the end of their dinners there would be no leftovers or to go plates – then the questions started dining in “When are you going to open a restaurant?”.”
