๐Ÿจ Inside the beautiful lobby of the Loews Hotel is Poydras & Peterโ€™s, a delightful new hotel restaurant (used to be Cafe Adelaide)! I was invited in for a chefs tasting and here were my faves: the Pan Seared Crab Cake in Sherry Lobster Cream, the Baked Half Quail with potato gratin & praline bacon, the Herb Encrusted Black Drum & the Beignets & Espresso Martini (seriously these beignets & the martini are a top 3 fave now). The chef & staff were all incredible, too…
