I saw this TikTok a few weeks ago and shot right over to Hurtado and was not disappointed. I went with The Texas Trinity ($26) which came with 1/3 lb each of brisket, spare ribs and sausage. I also added burnt ends and a Texas Twinkie, which is a bacon-wrapped jumbo jalapeno stuffed with brisket, cream cheese and pimento cheese. Hurtado is a must visit in the Arlington area.
